In order to further promote the construction of school and promote international exchanges,NPU and Kazan National Technical University of Russia jointly launched the student learning exchange program. The School of Electronics Information responded positively and participated in the joint training of two master students.

On December 31st, 2022, our college held a defense meeting for the opening of master's thesis of graduate students Igor Muravyov and Nikolay Petrov . A defense group was set up at the meeting, and five professors, including Yao Rugui, Wang Yi, Pang Xiaoyan, Gao Yongsheng and Zhai Weile, were invited as evaluation experts, and professor Liang Wei served as defense secretary. During the defense, the two students introduced the research background, research content, research foundation, existing problems and solutions, as well as the schedule of their respective master's research work. The experts in the defense group also made questions and suggestions on the research direction, research content and report format.

After the meeting, the defense team also discussed the training of two graduate students at school. Vice President Yao Rugui introduced the background of the joint training project, and the tutors Gao Yongsheng and Zhai Weile introduced the corresponding training mode and training plan respectively. The participating teachers gave constructive suggestions on joint training.
